2025 was proof that great things happen when the right people share the same couch.
The one where the team grew
2025 was a year of new voices, new accents, and new chairs that had to be ordered more than once. From January until today, the house welcomed 120+ new colleagues, each one adding a spark to the room.
The living room got louder, funnier, and far more crowded.

This was also the year the house learned to listen better.
We launched our global eNPS survey and heard back with a score higher than others in our industry and size.
Benefits expanded, employee processes became smoother thanks to new automations, and our turnover stayed steady at 12%, comfortably lower than the wider market’s 15%.
The house did not just grow. It grew together.
The one with all the moments
Not everything happened in meetings. Some of the best parts showed up in between.
In coffee breaks that ran long. In Slack messages that deserved a reaction. In jokes that made no sense out of context. In photos no one remembers taking, but everyone remembers laughing in.
This wall is not about milestones or metrics. It is about the small things that made the days lighter. The moments that did not make the roadmap, but somehow made the year.
