How Lucidya learned to look like a leader in 2025

2025 was a year of new voices, new accents, and new chairs that had to be ordered more than once. From January until today, the house welcomed 120+ new colleagues, each one adding a spark to the room.

They arrived from every corner of the map Riyadh, Jeddah, Jazan, Cairo, Alexandria, Almansoura, Menoufia, Gaza, Amman, Pakistan, Serbia, India and even Australia.

This was also the year the house learned to listen better.
A global eNPS survey launched and returned with a score higher than others in our industry and size.
Benefits expanded, employee processes became smoother thanks to new automations, and our turnover stayed steady at 12 percent, comfortably lower than the wider market’s 15 percent.

Some moments became milestones.
Like the recognition award shared with us by Jazan University for supporting young talent and future graduates.

The house did not just grow.
It grew together.
