We've successfully closed our Series B round, raising USD30 million in the largest AI funding ever recorded in MENA. This achievement is a historic leap forward for our customers first; it belongs as much to you as it does to us.
When we first began training Arabic language models in 2016 while digital transformation was the prevailing trend, it felt audacious. Now, with our proprietary AI engine achieving 92% accuracy across Arabic dialects and serving over 75 million customers and citizens across 11 countries, that early conviction has transformed into a platform that's powering customer experience transformation for the region's most ambitious enterprises.

I'll never forget this one campaign we launched in Saudi Arabia. We thought it was perfect. But when it went live, we started getting comments from Saudi audiences within hours who found it offensive. It wasn't a complete disaster, but it stung because we genuinely thought we understood the market. We ended up having to pull back and apologize, which made us look bad with some customers we'd been working with for a long time… It cost us a retainer too.
