Perhaps our industry's obsession with customer "personas" has gone too far. We've reduced contradictory humans to convenient cardboard cutouts. Real people are inconsistent—conservative in the morning, experimental by evening; price-sensitive on Tuesdays, extravagant on Fridays. But our models demand they pick a lane and stay in it. No wonder our predictions keep missing.

Lucidya has received a SAR 5 million ($1.3 million) grant from the National Technology Development Program (NTDP), part of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. The grant will support our efforts to further develop our AI-powered CXM platform, expand across the region, and continue contributing to the goals of the SourceTech initiative and Saudi Vision 2030, with its focus on digital transformation and local technology development.
